1. PAN India Free Delivery

We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders across India. No minimum purchase is required to enjoy this benefit.

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or WhatsApp.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days.

  • Rest of India: 5–7 business days.

  • Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier delays.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

LUCYLOOT.SHOP is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend taking a video while unboxing to help us process your claim faster.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
